GOURMET CHEESE AND CHARCUTERIE

Stepladder Creamery Ragged Point – Cow’s milk
Bloomy rind triple creme.  As the cheese ages past 4 weeks, it takes on a peppery character and a distinct cream line underneath the rind forms. 

Tomales​ Farmstead – Atika – Aged goat and sheep’s milk cheese made in the style of Manchego.  Washed with a brine every few weeks with the last wash, before going to market, done with Chardonnay. 

Central Coast Creamery Ewereka – Sheep’s milk
Aged 2-3 months.  Flavor profile of a fine aged cheddar with sweetness and grassy notes from the sheep’s milk.
