Testarossa Winery Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped direct from our winery in Los Gatos, California, Monday –Thursday via UPS. State Laws require an adult signature (21+) in order for packages to be delivered and deliveries are made Monday – Friday. We recommend using either a business address or UPS Store address to be sure delivery can be made expediently. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. If you need an order to ship on a specific date or any special instructions are needed for your order you can contact clubt@testarossa.com or call 408-354-6150 x36.

UPS is our default carrier, but FedEx can be used upon request.

*we cannot ship to the following dry counties: Lafayette, Liberty, Madison, Suwanne, & Washington.

UPS only delivers Monday-Friday so if transit time falls on a Saturday or Sunday add two days to the delivery estimate.

Large Format bottles are packed individually and calculated based on volume of 750ml equivalent.

UPS will make three delivery attempts before it gets returned back to the winery. If your wine is returned we will contact you about resending. Orders returned for club members who pick up their releases at the winery, but had wine shipped because it was not picked up by a deadline will be returned back to our will call area.

Wine is fragile and can be damaged when exposed to extreme temperatures. During winter and summer seasons we delay shipment for orders that will be subjected to temperatures below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees Fahrenheit along transit routes to destination points. Expedited shipping options can mitigate exposures to these temperatures, but we generally recommend to ship only when temperatures are optimal to be sure that your wine arrives in top quality. All orders on weather hold will rest in our temperature controlled cellars until they are cleared for shipping. Accumulated orders during a weather hold period will be grouped together for shipping and rates will be subsidized. We can make orders available for pickup at either our Los Gatos or Carmel Valley Tasting Rooms. When making your order, select your preferred pick-up location and we will have your order ready for pickup within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Our Guarantee to you, our valued guest, is that if you have a bottle of Testarossa wine that doesn’t meet your high expectations, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace it. We guarantee that you will never be disappointed with the purchase of our wine.  Every Testarossa experience should be the best!
