Over the past few months a debilitating virus has swept our country and the world. It has affected our daily lives, the lives of our loved ones, and the lives of all of our neighbors, near and far. An even more insidious disease, one that has been with us for centuries, racism and discrimination, has once again sadly come to the forefront of our nation’s conscience. Unlike the coronavirus, a vaccine for racism and discrimination exists. This vaccine lives in all of us and is triggered in each of us through the values of daily tolerance, acceptance of each other, and non-acceptance of words or actions of others that condone or express discrimination in any form.
At Testarossa our core values encompass teamwork, no matter one’s race, gender, orientation, age or any factor. We value dedication, especially to each other and ALL members of our world community. We value sustainability, in action and in word. We value the safety of our employees, but also the safety of everyone in our community. And we value excellence, in how we make our wines, how we welcome and treat our guests, and how we interact with and support our community.
We look forward to safely reopening soon and welcoming everyone to share in the bonding experience that wine uniquely offers through friendship, community and bringing us all together.
Testarossa Winery is temporarily closed to visitors – only offering wine pickups – as part of the local, national and international effort to stop the spread of the Coronavirus, and abiding by the State of California’s March 20, 2020 guidelines.
