Can we bring in an outside caterer?
We have our own amazing culinary team that creates amazing dishes and we are flexible with customizations.

How many hours are included in the rental?
Private Lunch Events (ending before 5PM) include 2 hours. Private Dinner Events (beginning after 5PM) include 3 hours. Private Half Day Events (flexible start time) include 5 hours. Weddings include 5 hours (6:30pm – 11:30pm) with a hard start time of 6:30pm. Learn more about each package

What’s the cancellation policy?
Once the date is secured all payments are non-refundable, but may be used as a credit towards another event. Events canceled within 10 days are not eligible for credit.

Can we bring in hard alcohol to my events?
We do not permit any hard alcohol on premise. All Private Events include gourmet food and award-winning wines and non-alcoholic beverages for the duration of the event. Our Wedding Beverage package includes wine, beer, sparkling wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Do you have to provide your own place cards?
All Plated meals require place cards. For Weddings, this is a fun opportunity to dress up your table with your personal touch! Learn more about each package

Can you accommodate special diets?
Absolutely! We are very talented with making all dietary dishes delicious.

Can wine be given as a party favor?
Yes! One of the perks of being a winery, we do offer wine gifts for an additional fee.

Is there an open or closed vendors list?
We have amazing preferred vendors who make your day very special and know the property well. However you’re more than welcome to use a vendor that is not on our list.

What is Testarossa image use policy?
We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the Testarossa Winery premises, and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person. Please refer to our Photo Policy for photo session permissions.

Can I bring my pet to my event?
Yes, if your event is on the Cask Room or Tasting Room. We are very dog friendly.
