Can we bring in an outside caterer?

We proudly partner with an approved Indian caterer for weddings and Grand Winery celebrations. For all other cuisines, our in-house culinary team will thoughtfully craft a menu that complements our wines and showcases the finest seasonal ingredients. We’re delighted to personalize your selections to reflect your vision and tastes.

Do you allow kids to attend private events?

Children are welcome to attend your event if they make up no more than 25% of the adult guest count. We do ask that all minors be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the event.

How many hours are included in the rental?

Private Lunch Events (ending before 5PM) include 2 hours. Private Dinner Events (beginning after 5PM) include 3 hours. Private Half Day Events (flexible start time) include 5 hours. Weddings include 5 hours. Learn more about each package

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all events are non-transferrable, and all custom orders of gifts or products are non-refundable:
● Cancellation request outside of 8 months from event: 80% refund of deposit
● Cancellation request between 8 and 2 months prior to event: 50% refund of deposit
● Cancellation request 2 months or less prior to event: No refund of deposit

Can we bring in hard alcohol to my events?

We do not permit any hard alcohol on premise. All Private Events include gourmet food and award-winning wines and non-alcoholic beverages for the duration of the event. Our Wedding Beverage package includes wine, beer, sparkling wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Do you allow for outside wine to be brought in?

Yes, we allow for outside wine to be served at private events alongside the packaged Testarossa Wines with a corkage fee.

Do you have to provide your own place cards?

All Plated meals require place cards. For Weddings, this is a fun opportunity to dress up your table with your personal touch! Learn more about each package

Can you accommodate special diets?

Absolutely! We are very talented with making all dietary dishes delicious.

Can wine be given as a party favor?

Yes! One of the perks of being a winery, we do offer wine gifts for an additional fee.

Is there an open or closed vendors list?

We have amazing preferred vendors who make your day very special and know the property well. However you’re more than welcome to use a vendor that is not on our list.

What is Testarossa image use policy?

We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the Testarossa Winery premises, and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person. Please refer to our Photo Policy for photo session permissions.

Can I bring my dog to my event?

Private Events are not dog friendly. However, couples getting married can have a dog present for their ceremony only.
