Nicassio Valley Cheese Co. – Foggy Morning
Made from 100% organic farmstead cow’s milk.  This soft, delicate cheese with a subtle tang has a sour cream flavor.

 Shooting Star Creamery – Leo
Leo is a young, bloomy rind cheese made from 100% sheep’s milk. It’s a soft, buttery dream of a cheese, with a thin white rind and a light colored paste.

Central Coast Creamery – Seascape
Seascape is semi-hard cheese is made from pasteurized goat and cow’s milk.  This cheddar style cheese has the tanginess of goat’s milk and undertones of caramel and butter of cow’s milk.
