Our classes are now mobile – they are educational, accessible and most of all fun! Classes are taught by our Wine Education Team led by Certified Sommelier Ryan Smith and run about $35-45 per person. Choose one of our tried and true class topics or customize your own program.

Wine Basics
History, Winemaking & Tasting
Learn the basics of enjoying California’s favorite beverage. We’ll discuss how to swirl, smell, taste and describe wine. You’ll also learn how we make our wine, the history of our winery, the differences between varietals and places of origin, and what contributes to its wonderful aromas and flavors. Don’t be intimidated- there’s no experience necessary! Our knowledgeable Wine Educators will be there to guide your group through the mysteries of the wine. ($35/person)
Tour of Santa Lucia Highlands
Taste and learn about the Santa Lucia Highlands, the windswept 18 mile long growing region in Monterey County from which we source the majority of our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit. Learn about how climate conditions, exposure and soil types contribute to the wealth and diversity of flavor in our SLH wines. We’ll taste wines from some of the state’s most prestigious vineyard sites and growing families, and discuss how differences in farming style influence the flavor of the wine in your glass. ($45/person)
