Testarossa Winery
Rob and Diana Jensen founded Testarossa Winery in 1993 as a small weekend project. Eventually, both left high tech day jobs to devote themselves full-ime to running their winery at the historic Novitiate in downtown Los Gatos. Their tasting room is open every day from 11a.m. to 5p.m., where visitors can sample the vintners’ world-renowned Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. There’s also Wine Bar 107, offering outdoor seating
plus artisan cheeses and charcuterie.
