Social Event Coordinator


This position is responsible for sales and coordination of all weddings, social events, donated events and Testarossa Wine Club events.

Reporting Requirements 

This position reports to the Director of Special Events, and is in direct communication with the Event Operations Manager, Corporate Sales and Coordination and the Kitchen Admin.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  •  Sales and Coordination of all Social events in an organized, friendly and professional
  • Comprehensive incoming lead tracking and forecasting
  • Active outreach into the local and regional wedding business community
  • Contribute significantly to the overall department sales goal
  • Database maintenance
  • Assist in marketing
  • All other duties as assigned

Professional Requirements 

  • 2 years coordination experience required
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Outgoing, positive, professional personality
