Having problem with the website or store?

Use the email you chose when creating your Testarossa Club membership to take advantage of all benefits.

Do not email your credit card information

Follow the steps:

  • Once you receive the confirmation (in green), click on “My billing Info” to review/complete your profile.

Follow the steps:

  • Once logged in, click on “My Account” – top right

  • Click on “My Billing Information”

  • Click on “Change Credit Card”

  • You will be directed to OpenEdge website (paygateway.com):

  • Please update the information and click “Store Card”. And it’s done!

Follow the steps:

  • Login – if you’re a club member, please use the email you have in your account.
  • Click on “My Account” – top right

  • Change your contact information or password

  • Click “Update Account” and it’s done!


Go to https://www.cellarpass.com/signup
Add your contact information with the email you used to create your Club Testarossa membership so you can take advantage of all Club discounts.

  • Get the booking number on the confirmation email you received from Cellarpass
  • Go to Cellarpass.com and click on “Guest login in”

  • Add your information using the same email you used for the reservation
  • Click on the button “Reservations”
  • Go to “Upcoming Reservation” section
  • To cancel, just click on “Cancel” and confirm
  • To modify, click on “Modify” and search for a new reservation.
  • Click on the time slot you want and complete the reservation. You will then receive an email with the new reservation.
