2021 Cuvée Los Gatos Chardonnay
Monterey AVA
Tasting Notes
“Medium yellow hue. Aromas of fig, kiwi, apple, passionfruit, and lemon-zest. Upon taste, these qualities continue and are met with a full and dense mouthfeel. The modest acidity is balanced by a smooth and pleasant finish. Enjoy now through 2027.”
~Bill Brosseau, Director of Winemaking
February 2023
“Notes of candied lemons and ripe pineapple with hints of walnuts and pastry crust. Full body. Creamy and waxy texture with mellow, ripe fruit and a weighty finish. Drink now. Screw cap.”

Cuvée Los Gatos
Cuvée Los Gatos is Testarossa’s label that pays homage to the town which has been home to our winery since it was built in 1888. Proprietors Rob and Diana Jensen and Director of Winemaking Bill Brosseau hand-select and combine vineyard lots from highly regarded growing districts for this bottling. Testarossa currently offers Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Monterey County and Rose of Pinot Noir and Rob’s Red from the Central Coast.
