Science is not only for nerds. Our Production Team's Technical Director Bill Snyder and Wine Educator Bob Zamora will help you understand some of the science behind wines and winemaking. We will also taste some cellar experiments and learn about the chemistry behind wine, such as how sugar and acid affect wine.
