Join us in celebrating the new releases from La Rinconada Vineyard. Laura Roach, Assistant Winemkaer at Sanford Winery, will be our guest of honor as we taste through current and library selections and they will be accompanied with a delicious menu from our culinary team.

Brassicas a la Grenoblaise

roasted cauliflower and romancesco broccoli, almond-cauliflower purée, toasted marcona almonds, sauce grenoblaise


Second Course

Olive Oil Poached Salmon 

roasted sumac spiced squash, heirloom squash puree, textures of pomegranate, crispy salmon skin


Dessert Course

Chocolate-Citrus Baked Alaska

citrus crème anglaise, candied citrus rind
