Testarossa University - Burgundy versus California Pinot Noir
Wednesday, Oct 11 - $55

The historic home of fine Pinot Noir is the Burgundy region of France, but it has been challenged in recent decades by Pinot Noir from California.  Pinot Noir, and its delicate nature, is the ideal grape to compare regional differences – Old World versus New World. Testarossa University - Demystifying Blind Tasting

Far from a mystical secret procedure, these techniques can be used by wine lovers of any level of experience to increase their blind tasting skill, as well as improving the ability to discern structure, aromatic and flavor components of wine. We will also help map these basic guidelines onto the major wine styles of the world, including, of course, California Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Led by Ryan Smith, Certified Sommelier and DTC manager, and Bob Zamora, Testarossa Winery Educator. (SOLD OUT)
