Pasta Class with Michelin-Star Chef Peter Armellino with VIP Parking

Join Plumed Horse Restaurant’s Michelin Star Chef Peter Armellino on a  culinary adventure transforming three well known pasta dishes into magic on a plate. Peter will be demonstrating various professional techniques using cavatelli, semolina gnocchi, and potato gnocchi combined with wonderful sauces ranging from Calabrian chilis, to short rib ragu, to lobster and summer truffles.  All dishes will be expertly paired Testarossa wines. This is a must experience seminar for all pasta and wine lovers!

Riedel hosts only major tasting seminars to demonstrate that the right wine glass does make a perceptible difference in the aroma, taste and experience of a wine.  The rim, the slope of the bowl, the depth and breadth, the stem, the crystal.  The smallest of details!  You will taste three Testarossa wines in three Riedel glasses to assess the difference.
