Testarossa's 2014 Dos Rubios Chardonnay Wows Reviewers
A wine with fine fruity volume that sits comfortably at the nexus of structure and depth that marks a Chardonnay of real gravitas, Testarossa’s Dos Rubios bottling is both richly layered and youthfully tight with stamina to spare. It is fleshy and full yet is charged with plenty of energy, and, if it wants for a little more polish, there is every reason to believe that it will gain in refinement with each of the next several years that it is held. Not only is it a wine that will take splendidly to aging, it is in fact one that very much needs it and should not be drunk down in haste.
