Part-time Evening Cook

Position 

This position is responsible for successfully following recipes and plating presentation as set forth by the Chef de Cuisine.

Reporting Requirements 

This position reports to the Chef de Cuisine and Culinary Supervisor with key interaction with members of every department.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Ability to take specific direction on food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a face-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team setting.
  • Basic knowledge of sauces and common preparations.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Professional Requirements 

  • Must be able to show proof of ServSafe Certification.
  • Safe knife skills.
  • Must be able to legally work in the U.S.
  • Must be available 2-3 evenings per week, plus holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team setting.
