Testarossa only partners with passionate growers in only the finest central coast appellations including the Santa Lucia Highlands, Santa Rita Hills amd Santa Maria Valley.
Our most popular wines - Castello Chardonnay, Palazzio Pinot Noir and Subasio Syrah - are handcrafted cuvees that utilize only world-class vineyards within these appellations, including Sleepy Hollow, Garys', Bien Nacido, Brosseau, Pisoni, Rosella's and Sanford & Benedict Vineyards.
In addition to annual releases of Castello, Palazzio and Subasio, Testarossa releases very limited quantities of single-vineyard Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs and Syrahs throughout the year.
