This position is responsible for cleaning and organizing of all kitchen dishes, pots, pans, utensils, as well as the full kitchen and appliances. Assistance with minor kitchen food prep as needed by the Chef.
This position reports to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, with key interaction with members of every department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Keeping kitchen and winery food preparation spaces clean and organized.
- Inventory of refrigerators and freezers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Safe knife skills
- ServSafe Certificate
