Guest Service Representative


This position is responsible for overseeing winery activity, welcoming guests, directing guests to specific areas depending on reservations and level of business. Assisting with wine club orders pickups and purchases. Tracking foot traffic for each winery location, tracking parking lot levels, and upcoming reservations.

Reporting Requirements 

This position reports to the Guest Services Manager, with key interaction with members of every department.

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Maintain foot traffic logs for each winery location.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Maintain the guest to associate ratio in tasting areas and direct guests to specific areas accordingly.
  • Communicate guest needs to guest service runners.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Ability to track parking lot levels and report issues that may arise in parking lots.
  • Ensuring all winery guests have a pleasant experience; assist in various guest needs.
  • Educating guests about the Testarossa history and wines.
  • Securing the building premises (including lights and event parking gate).
  • All other duties as assigned.

Professional Requirements 

  • 1 year minimum required in guest service or hospitality industry.
  • Prefer 1 year of Host/Hostess experience with leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
  • Available weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs.
