Coordination Services
Coordination Services include:
- Initial meeting and site tour explaining all of the policies and possibilities of an event at Testarossa Vineyards.
- Guidance in selecting vendors from our preferred vendor list.
- Assistance in wine selection.
- Meeting to go over planning and details specific to the client’s event.
- A reasonable amount of phone calls and e-mails.
- Final meeting to confirm all details, including time line and floor plan.
- Rehearsal.
- Assist the day of with coordinating vendors and Testarossa staff, attend to the bride and direct guests.
