Position
We are seeking an experienced, energetic individual to fill our full-time shipping & inventory coordinator position.
This position is responsible for the prompt and accurate fulfillment of all orders and requests as well as the case good inventory of all taxpaid locations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing, packing and shipping daily wine and merchandise orders as well as all Club Testarossa shipments
- Responsible for inventory and movement of all case goods in taxpaid locations
- Enter in all inventory transactions and reconcile inventory monthly
- Fulfill all internal wine requests including event wine requests and sample requests
- Assist with the fulfillment and delivery of all wholesale orders
- Responsible for all shipping documents and for providing accurate shipping quotes and tracking information
- Assist with any logistical issues that arise with any shipping carrier or customer
- Assist in receiving deliveries and incoming packages and/or notifying the appropriate department
- Manage damaged and returned packages and replace or reship as necessary
- Manage the wine library as well as cellar library
- Fulfill wine writer requests as well as employee and grower allocations
- Responsible for ordering and receiving packaging supplies
- Follow and enforce all shipping policies and guidelines set forth by Testarossa
- Communicate inventory levels to winery personnel on a regular basis
- Responsible for removal of any shipping recycling
- Learn and uphold the philosophy and goals of Testarossa
- Maintain winery image to reinforce standards of the brand
Professional Requirements
- Computer knowledge, preferably experience with UPS Worldship
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to drive forklift
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures & policies
Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience.
