Club Testarossa & E-Commerce Manager
Position
This position will manage all aspects of Club Testarossa and E-Commerce in order to ensure that our customers receive the best possible customer service experience and sales goals are met.
Reporting Requirements
This position reports to the Owner with key interaction with members of every department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting all sales goals.
- Handle customer service for all customers via phone and email.
- Responsible for execution of 8-10 yearly club billings including but not limited to invoicing, communications and packing.
- Manage customer database in WIMS including new members, updates, cancellations and daily orders.
- Work with Tasting Room Manager and staff to maximize new club membership.
- Responsible for all email offerings.
- Manage online store and database.
- Execute several exclusive club events throughout the year.
- Responsible for growing the Club Testarossa and our E-Commerce program with new events and new programs.
- Utilize the ship compliant system in order to complete required compliance and open new markets as required.
- Assist with general website updates.
- Manage Social Media for the company.
- Assist with wine club inventory to ensure all orders are processed from accurate locations.
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of our databases.
- Proactive in contacting current customer base.
- To learn and uphold the philosophy and goals of Testarossa.
- Maintain winery image to reinforce standards of the brand.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Professional Requirements
- College Education preferred
- Sufficient knowledge of wine and wine-related topics (winery experience preferred)
- Customer service experience
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task
- Sales experience: ability to present product, up sell & cross sell
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with email service providers (i.e. Relevant Tools)
- Database management skills
- Available to work weekends and evenings as required
- Professional appearance
- Ability to lift 50lbs
