Past Vintage Wine Scores

“Clean, fresh and silky, balanced and bright, with charm and finesse.”

Anthony Dias Blue
July 2022

“The taste of buttered popcorn is mouth-coating, with a touch of lemon drop and basil. We love the delicately balanced finish of toasty oak: like melon-washed cedar.”

Meridith May
June/July 2021

“Smooth, fruit nose; juicy and lush with rich, ripe flavors of pear and tropical fruit; tangy, crisp and ripe, long and balanced; a lovely wine, especially at this price point.”

Anthony Dias Blue
October 2019

“Light brilliant gold. Fragrant tangerine, peach, melon and honey aromas show good focus and expand steadily with air. Ample and round on the palate, offering subtly sweet citrus and orchard fruit flavors sharpened by a late jolt of spicy ginger. Finishes long and gently smoky, with a repeating peach note and a sexy floral nuance.”

Josh Raynolds
Antonio Galloni Vinous
November 2019

“Fresh and silky with bright acidity and lots of youthful exuberance; smooth, lively and long, balanced and charming”

Anthony Dias Blue
June 2018

“Gold-flecked yellow straw. Sourced from several vineyards in the northern part of the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, this is a well balanced Chardonnay with ripe but not overripe stone fruit and hints of mandarin and vanilla. The mouth feel is sensuous with natural acidity complementing and contrasting with the fruit. Aged 14 months in French oak, 13% new.”
